Gee Coffee opened on South Water Street with one simple idea: make coffee that respects the ingredient and a space that respects the person drinking it.
We source single-origin beans and roast them in small batches so every cup has a clear, distinct character. Our pastries arrive fresh each morning from local bakers who share our standards.
